When a home is identified as a contender, I look at comparable properties that have sold in the neighborhood and market, consider condition of the home and suggest an offer range.


Once the home is under contract, due diligence protects buyers by having the condition of the home officially examined. My established network of contractors, inspectors and qualified specialists help determine condition and cost of required repairs.


After repairs are negotiated and complete, the closing date is set. We do a final walk through and close on your new home. I am with you every step of the way!
