It is finally summer, and the housing market continues to heat up despite interest rates creeping higher. Homes in Nashville are selling quickly, it is really a Seller’s market. Nashville seems to still be attracting a lot of folks from California and New York as a great place to start something new or expand a business. New places are popping up, Husk, chef Sean Brock’s culinary haven just opened in a restored Victorian on Rutledge Hill, meanwhile, local entrepreneurs’, Max and Ben Goldberg just announced plans to open a bowling alley/swimming pool in Rolling Mill Hill and in September Nashville will host their first food festival, “Music City Eats” spearheaded by my pals,  Caleb and Nathan Followill of the Kings of Leon. This promises to be a first rate food lovers event that will elevate Nashville to a food destination.
