• Nashville October 2012 Home Sales Increase 33%

    Nashville October Home Sales increased more than 33% over October 2011.

    There were 2,312 closings in October. Year-to-date closings through October are 21,752, a 26% increase from last year.

    Closings are up in every category with the exception of multi family homes. Median prices are up significantly. Total supply of available homes is down.

    The median residential price for a single family home during October $175,100 and a condo $157,900. While Williamson County median house price was $369,000 compared to $327,000 for October 2011.

    Inventory at the end of October was 17,217.
